We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, presets, online courses, and other downloadable items), all sales are final and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or access has been granted. This policy is in place because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Exceptions for Digital Products

We may consider refunds for digital products in the following circumstances:

  • If you have not downloaded, accessed, or used the digital product
  • If the digital product is substantially different from what was advertised
  • If there are technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the digital product, and our technical support team cannot resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Physical Products

For physical products (prints, photo books, etc.), we offer the following refund options:

Returns and Refunds

You may return physical products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • The product is substantially different from what was advertised
  • The wrong product was shipped to you

Return Process for Physical Products

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of damaged products if applicable
  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  4. Return the product in its original packaging with all included items
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Photography Services

For photography services (workshops, photo sessions, etc.), our refund policy is as follows:

Deposits

Deposits for photography services are non-refundable as they secure your booking date. However, deposits may be transferable to another date or service in certain circumstances.

Cancellations by Clients

  • More than 30 days before the scheduled service: Full refund of any amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit
  • 15-30 days before the scheduled service: 50% refund of any amount paid minus the non-refundable deposit
  • Less than 15 days before the scheduled service: No refund

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a photography service:

  • More than 14 days before the scheduled service: You may reschedule once at no additional cost, subject to availability
  • 7-14 days before the scheduled service: Rescheduling fee of 25% of the service cost may apply
  • Less than 7 days before the scheduled service: Rescheduling fee of 50% of the service cost may apply

Cancellations by CommonUnity

In the rare event that we need to cancel a photography service, you will be offered the following options:

  • Reschedule to another available date with no additional cost
  • Full refund of all payments made, including the deposit

Workshops and Events

In-Person Workshops

  • More than 30 days before the workshop: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • 15-30 days before the workshop: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days before the workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to another person

Online Workshops

  • Before access is granted: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee
  • After access is granted: No refund

Cancelled Workshops

If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid or the option to transfer to another workshop date.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled:

  • You will not be charged for future billing cycles
  • You will maintain access to the subscription service until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period

Refunds for Subscription Services

We generally do not offer refunds for subscription services except in the following circumstances:

  • If you are unable to access the subscription service due to technical issues on our end
  • If the service is substantially different from what was advertised

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of the charge, and we will review your request.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Processing Time for Refunds

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfers may take 3-5 business days to process
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 1-3 business days

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions to Our Refund Policy

Customized Products

Products that are customized or made-to-order specifically for you cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
